Terms and Conditions
1. General Provisions
1.1.The Journal provides content in the areas of personal stories, well-aging, personal development, entrepreneurship, and quality of life.
1.2. By purchasing the Journal, a subscription, or the placement of your stories and publications, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1.3.All materials published in the Journal are protected by copyright and may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the rights holder.
2. Formats and Access
2.1.The Journal may be distributed in one or several formats, including:
• one-time purchase of a story publication in accordance with the applicable offer;
• printed edition with delivery.
2.2.Delivery is carried out by post to the address specified in the order within 4 days after payment within Switzerland and within 7 days within the EU.
2.3.Access duration:
• subscription — according to the selected plan;
• single issue — lifetime access to the digital file.
3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
3.1. The User agrees to:
• use the materials solely for personal purposes;
• not distribute, share, or grant third parties access to the materials;
• not infringe any copyrights or related rights.
3.2. The Publisher agrees to:
• provide access within the stated timeframes;
• ensure the quality of the materials;
• inform subscribers about schedule changes, new issues, or updates to the policy.
4. Payment
4.1. Payments may be made using any of the methods available on the website (bank cards, PayPal, Stripe, etc.).
4.2.All prices are indicated in CHF or EUR (for international sales).
4.3.Applicable taxes (if any) are displayed at checkout.
5. Returns and Refunds
Printed versions of the Journal (including paid publications) are non-refundable, as they fall under the category of non-returnable services/goods for which access is provided immediately after payment.
However, exceptions may apply:
• if the purchaser does not receive the Journal within 30 days.
In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Refunds are only possible in the following cases:
• the product was damaged during delivery (photo evidence required within 48 hours of receipt);
• an incorrect issue or incorrect quantity was delivered.
Refunds for printed Journals are not accepted if:
• the purchaser changes their mind;
• the product (or packaging) is damaged due to improper handling or shows signs of use or wear.
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed after the product is returned to the warehouse.
Refund processing time: All requests are reviewed within 14 - 28 business days. Funds will be returned using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
6. Changes to the Policy
The Publisher reserves the right to update these Terms and the Refund Policy. Notice of any changes will be published on the website and/or sent to subscribers via email.
